Weiterhin nur eingeschränkter Support

Da mittlerweile schon die SOE-Büros in San Diego evakuiert wurden aufgrund der andauernden Waldbrände, wird es auf unbestimmte Zeit nur sehr eingeschränkten Support geben. Man kann nur hoffe, dass die Lage in Kalifornien sich nicht noch weiter zuspitzt.

As I'm sure most everyone is aware, multiple fires have been blazing their way throughout the southern California area, affecting hundreds of thousands of people, as well as farmlands and livestock.

During this time, the San Diego SOE staff have evacuated their offices. Although many folks are continuing to work and update from home, quite a few people have been spending the past few hours packing up their irreplaceables and moving to safer areas.

Most support services will be suspended for the time being, including account billing and technical support. In-game support will be limited. We appreciate the sincere understanding and compassion that has been expressed from the majority of our players, and hope that everyone who is in the southern California area is safe and well.
