Details zur erweiterten Server-Downtime

Wie wir schon berichteten, sollen die Server, Forum, etc. für 24 Stunden am 25. September nicht erreichbar sein. Laut einer neuen Meldung auf VGPlayers wird diese Downtime um 8.30 deutscher Zeit beginnen und soll nun mind. 14 Stunden dauern. Bei Problemen kann der Ausfall aber auch wie vorab angekündigt 24 Stunden dauern.

Beginning at 11:30 p.m. PDT on Monday, September 24th, all SOE services will be unavailable so that we can perform significant upgrades to our authentication and account management systems.

Customer service, chat and support will also be unavailable at this time. Phone support will still be accessible. SOE websites will continually be updated throughout the day as to the progress of the maintenance.

Desweitern wurde auch das Datum für den nächsten Charaktertransfer bekanntgegeben. Der nächste Zyklus soll denmnach am 27. September 2007 stattfinden.
